Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calls, emails, or other forms of outreach to potential customers to generate leads and interest in the company's products or services.
- Qualifying leads by gathering information about their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as potential customers.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
- Assisting in preparing and delivering sales presentations or demonstrations to prospects, highlighting how the company's offerings can address their specific needs and pain points.
- Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases, and assisting with administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Assisting in managing the sales pipeline by tracking and updating the status of leads, opportunities, and deals within the CRM system.
- Following up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer questions, address concerns, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conducting market research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business growth.
- Assisting in analyzing sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the company's sales processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure alignment in messaging, strategies, and customer experience.
Qualification:
- Pursuing final year or completed bachelors or Masters in Business Administration,Marketing,Sales or a related field.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively,ask probing questions,and articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computer, computer software and CRM tools for managing leads,tracking sales activities,and generating reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite ((e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is often beneficial.
