Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in Charcoal's growth. As the Operations Lead, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Operations: Manage and optimize our manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to maintain a seamless flow of materials and components.
• Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and optimization across all operations, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure team success and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in operations management roles within the manufacturing or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, supply chain software, and logistics management tools is a plus.
