Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Managers to lead the marketing initiatives for our allotted division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand and product relevant content and campaigns while ensuring end-to-end marketing activities align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ideate and develop brand/product relevant content and campaigns to drive engagement and awareness. 2. Take ownership of end-to-end marketing activities for the allotted division, including branding and visibility planning, event planning and management, engagement and activations, website management, social media/podcast planning, loyalty programs, content development, and creative coordination. 3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Backend, Compliance, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. 4. Develop and Manage vendor network across the country to support marketing initiatives effectively. 5. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Experience and Qualifications: MBA/PGDM Marketing from reputed Institutions 5-10 years of experience in marketing management roles, preferably with experience in both online and offline promotions and campaigns. Proven track record/ Exposure of developing a brand from initial phase in terms of branding and positioning, campaigns, budgeting Proven track record/exposure of successfully guiding a brand through its initial phases, including branding and positioning, campaign development, and budget management, resulting in its growth and establishment within the market. Experience in working with national-level or multi-state marketing execution is highly preferred. Strong network and contacts with vendors across the country. Prior experience in the BFSI segment or catering to HNI clients is an added advantage. Direct experience in working with brands/products, with agency-only experience not preferred. Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires communication in English and Hindi. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams.
