Location : Bangalore Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing both branding initiatives focusing on thought leadership and digital presence, as well as demand generation activities to drive sales qualified leads through industry events and custom engagements. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an overarching marketing plan that aligns with the business strategy and goals of the unit. Plan the budget for executing the above and ensure proper utilization Lead the branding efforts by establishing the unit as a thought leader through content creation, website management, blogs, digital marketing campaigns, client testimonials, solution flyers, press releases and leading analyst ratings. Drive demand generation activities by managing industry events, custom events such as roundtable discussions, and other engagement initiatives to generate sales qualified leads. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and marketing support functions such as creative services, digital, operations and also our Analyst relations and Public relations teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively adjust marketing tactics as needed. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet campaign objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in Marketing. Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on branding and demand generation strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for analytics, campaign management, and content creation. Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset to achieve marketing KPIs and objectives. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, SEO practices, and social media marketing. Experience in organizing industry events, roundtable discussions, and other client engagement activities.
