Job Description:

🔍 We are seeking a meticulous Medical Transcriptionist to enhance our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert voice recordings from physicians and healthcare professionals into precise written reports. This position demands exceptional accuracy and the ability to manage stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- 📝 Transcribe various medical documents from recorded messages, including reports, summaries, and notes.

- ✍️ Edit drafts generated by speech recognition software to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- 🧬 Decode medical jargon and abbreviations when preparing medical histories and other documents.

- 📜 Adhere to standards for medical record style and the legal and ethical requirements to maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- 🎓 Medical Transcription Certification (CMT) preferred.

- 🕰️ At least 3 years of experience in medical transcription.

- 🎧 Strong listening skills with the ability to handle diverse accents and dictation styles.

- 🧠 Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

- 💻 Proficient in MS Office and transcription software.

- 🤍 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
