Job Title: MIS Executive   Job Description:   We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, compiling data analysis, calculating the GC Scheme, inventory management, problem resolution, threat analysis, cash and card reconciliation, as well as profit and loss activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel and Tally skills, along with experience in retail sales and offline sales.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Analyze pricing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization. 2. Compile and organize data analysis reports for various SKU's and EBO's. 3. Calculate the GC Scheme accurately and ensure compliance with company policies. 4. Manage inventory effectively, including tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and optimizing inventory turnover. 5. Resolve problems related to data discrepancies, inventory issues, and other operational challenges. 6. Conduct threat analysis to identify potential risks to business operations and develop mitigation strategies. 7. Reconcile cash and card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 8. Perform profit and loss activities to assess the financial performance of different aspects of the business.   Skills Required:   1. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling. 2. Knowledge of Tally for accounting and inventory management. 3. Experience in retail sales and offline sales, preferably in a similar industry. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 7. Knowledge of retail operations and inventory control best practices. 8. Strong numerical aptitude and ability to interpret financial data accurately.   Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Prior experience in MIS or related roles preferred. 3. Certification in Excel and Tally would be an advantage. 4. Proven track record of delivering results in a similar capacity.
