Title: Mutual Fund Sales and Business Development – AVP / Senior Manager - Experience of driving Mutual Fund Sales and AUM growth through Branch, Sub Broker, Franchisee and IFA Networks. - Business Strategy to increase MF Business through SIPs and new AUM - Having up-to-date Product information on Mutual Funds. Research driven product selection and advisory skills will be an added advantage. - Should be having good understanding of IFA Channel and connect with IFAs/Agents. IFA / Agent / Wealth Partner Acquisition experience will be an added advantage. - Business to be sourced and driven from branches & partner channel. - Manage queries from sales team as well as dealing with AMCs on their New and Existing Product Launch- Visiting Pan India Branches and regional offices for Training and development, providing knowledge on focused Products. - Designing of Contest and RNR for Sales and Dealing Team in discussion with Management. - Pan India conducting investment Campaigns, Quarterly events across all branches for generating Prospect leads and activating existing dormant clients by selling through SIPs and MF investments. - Building good rapport with AMCs to get sponsorship for conducting RNR, IAP, Events etc.
