Job Description : - Generation of demand for achieving sales target of the allotted territory. - Responsible for planning and execution of market development activities for complete range of CC products as per guidelines from HO. - Working on leads and generation of business through dealers, applicators, architects, contractors etc. through market working. - Conducting demand generation and training meets for contractors, applicators and influencers. - Validating pre-meet data and conducting post meet activities. - Ensuring involvement of existing top applicator/contractor base in CWC program and adding new members to the loyalty program. - Adoption of Trained users attached to Key dealers EXECUTION OF THE FOLLOWING - MDP - Business conversion through DFAC and Field Leads. REPORTS / MIS - Daily updating of site visits and User meets via MPower
