Job Location: Andheri (W), MumbaiOn-setting (In-office) Job PositionThe Role:As a Performance Marketer at NPR Design, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing paid campaigns across a variety of social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X, and others. You will also be instrumental in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns encompassing Search, Display, Demand-Generation, and YouTube Ads. Your role will be crucial in optimizing these campaigns and providing detailed reporting on their performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and lead generation across multiple channels.Manage and optimize paid campaigns on social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and X.Oversee SEM initiatives, including Google Ads and YouTube, focusing on keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes and metrics to inform future strategies.Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment with the overall marketing goals.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.Implement and refine marketing automation techniques to enhance lead generation processes.Take responsibility for the growth marketing and CRM strategy, processes and implementation.Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself.When needed, work together with external agencies to optimize the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences.Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience.Have knowledge and experience in paid media ads (Social Media + Google Ads)Work on Campaign Strategy + Execution on Social Media Ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Quora)Work on Keyword Strategy + Display/Video Strategy Ads on Google AdsAll forms of Google Analytics + other conversion management campaigns and trackingRetargeting & Remarketing CampaignsE-Commerce Marketing & Platform ManagementWordpress Landing Pages (Design via theme)Emailers (Design & Management) Mailchimp +MailerlitePaid Media ReportsRequirements:Proven experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.Strong expertise in managing social media ads, SEM, and online campaign management.Proficient in tools and platforms necessary for digital advertising and analytics.Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and optimize high-budget campaigns effectively.Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.Superior communication and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Desirable Skills:Experience with marketing automation software and techniques.Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition costs (CAC).About NPR Design:NPR Design is a leading performance marketing agency based in Mumbai, renowned for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across various industries.
