Role Description

• With your expertise and experience, you will contribute to the successful implementation of plumbing designs, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers and project team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts, including plumbing design, creating construction drawings, fire protection, and HVAC design, considering project requirements and client specifications.
• Preparation of schematics for sewage lines, rain water harvesting.
• Designing for both internal and external plumbing lines.
• Preparing detailed water supply system and sewage disposal system.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, load estimates, and equipment selection for plumbing systems.
• Utilize design software and tools to create 2D and 3D models, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and reviews of design documents to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Perform site visits and inspections to verify the implementation of plumbing designs and address any on-site challenges or modifications.

Qualifications

• Plumbing Design, Construction Drawings, Fire Protection, and HVAC Design skills
• Experience in plumbing and related design work
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
