Role: Purchase Executive Responsibilities 1. Order Processing: Place orders for materials, equipment, or services as per company needs and budgets. 2. Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish good relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality products. 3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess inventory costs. 4. Price Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms for purchases. 5. Budget Management: Work within the allocated budget for purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts for reference and auditing. 7. Quality Control: Ensure purchased products or materials meet company quality standards and specifications. 8. Communication: Coordinate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on order statuses. 9. Research: Stay updated with market trends, new products, and suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions. 10. Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays in deliveries, payments, or quality and find effective solutions. 11. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to purchasing activities. Educational Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is often preferred. Experience Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the relevant industry, is often required. Salary: 45,000 per month (CTC)
