This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and a basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts. The role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform under the guidance of senior team members.Key Responsibilities :- Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet Governance, Risk, and Compliance requirements.- Support stakeholders in gathering and documenting business requirements related to GRC processes.- Assist in the design and implementation of GRC workflows, policies, and procedures within the ServiceNow platform.- Participate in the development and maintenance of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.- Assist in configuring and administering ServiceNow GRC modules, including access controls, data governance, and reporting.- Provide support for ongoing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for ServiceNow GRC applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems and applications.- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates and new features and assist in assessing their impact on GRC processes.- Support end users by providing training on ServiceNow GRC functionalities and best practices.- Assist in evaluating and selecting third-party GRC solutions and integrations.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.- 1 to 2 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and development.- Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts and frameworks.- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) is a plus.- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of ServiceNow GRC.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or willingness to obtain within first year of employment.
