Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their bookings, payments, and any other inquiries. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding Ola Cab services, policies, and procedures. 4. Input customer information and update records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 7. Stay up-to-date on Ola Cab services, promotions, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a computer/laptop for remote work.
