<p>We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly within high-growth startups. You possess a strong understanding of the paid advertising landscape and a proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). <br/><br/>What You'll Do?<br/><br/>- Plan, develop, optimize, implement and analyse paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) aligned <br/><br/>- Execute performance marketing strategies across various channels such as SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, and affiliate marketing. <br/><br/>- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI) and achieve our business growth goals <br/><br/>- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization. <br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising. <br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns. <br/><br/>- Liaise with external agencies to manage paid advertising efforts and ensure campaign goals are met. <br/><br/>- Report on campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders <br/><br/>- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for targeted audiences. <br/><br/>You've Got the Skills:<br/><br/>- 3-5 years of experience in paid advertising campaign management, preferably within a high-growth startup environment. <br/><br/>- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through multi-channel paid media campaigns Strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies. <br/><br/>- Experience working with various paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). <br/><br/>- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. <br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders <br/><br/>- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends, tools like (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau). <br/><br/>- Manage relationships with external vendors and platform representatives to ensure we are getting the best service and insights. </p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
