If so, we want you to join our team at Wings Within. Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support our mission through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach efforts. Take a Lead to create compelling campaigns that promote our services and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. Represent Wings Within at School Colleges and other Institutions events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of mental health issues and/or inclusive education practices is a plus.
