Company Description Metrixplus Instruments is a company based in Pune with operations in the APAC region. We specialize in manufacturing, importing, distributing and wholesaling a wide range of test-measuring instruments including Earth Resistance Testers, Tachometers, Hardness Testers, Stroboscopes, Clamp Meters, Multimeters, Thermometers, Surface Roughness Testers, and Knapsack Sprayers and others. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Metrixplus Instruments located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer communication, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and implementing sales and marketing strategies, field visits etc. Requirements: • Conducts field work to communicate our product offerings, by sharing our catalogs and brochures to generate prospective leads. • Maintain and grow sales with our established sales channel, via regular communication, meetings and follow-ups. • Generate leads via cold calling. • Following up on inbound leads to close them. • Managing our online Amazon store, implementing marketing campaigns to generate and drive sales. • Achieve monthly sales targets. • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner. • Establish and develop customer relationships. • Reporting of leads and closed sales. • Attend exhibitions to represent the company and generate prospective leads. Qualifications We are looking for a self-motivated sales executive, responsible for communicating the benefits of our products to drive sales and achieve monthly targets. It includes understanding customer’s needs and pitching our products to meet the demand.
