Demonstrated strength in maintaining consistent follow-up with clients. Must exhibit strong teamwork abilities. Ability to clearly communicate product/services to clients and sustain positive client relationships is crucial. Regular travel to the project site on a weekly basis and upon client visits is compulsory. Able to conduct virtual property tours for clients via Zoom calls. Job Challenges 1. Punctuality & Discipline: The sales team is required to conduct morning briefings at 9:45 AM to align on daily goals and strategies. The Sales Manager must ensure their team adheres to this schedule without fail to maintain team coherence and efficiency. 2. Maintaining Office Working Hours Efficiently: Implementing a tracking system for client interactions that must be updated by the end of the working day. The Sales Manager faces the challenge of ensuring that all team members discipline themselves to complete this task daily, fostering accountability and up-to-date client management. 3. Accuracy in Closing Deals: Overseeing a critical negotiation with a major client that requires meticulous preparation and execution. The challenge lies in ensuring that all proposals and contracts are error-free and tailored to the client's needs to secure the deal within a tight deadline. 4. Innovating Under Pressure: The market shows a sudden shift in preference towards sustainable practices. The Sales Manager must quickly devise and implement innovative sales strategies that align with these new market demands, maintaining the company's competitive edge.
