Job Description: Developing an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate sectors in India and key players in the market; Developing excellent relational skills with developers, investors, and service providers in the Real Estate sector. Possess a strong understanding of our product and competition in the industry and positioning. New client acquisition and work on leads received. Create/maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients. Visit to the sites of potential and existing clients as and when required. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Develop strategies for business expansion and growth in consultation with the Management. Working closely with Project Management and Operations team to deliver high-level result to the client. Availability to domestic travels as part of his/her responsibilities to meet clients. Working on business proposal preparation, working closely with internal team and follow up to close deals payment collection. Creating effective online presence of our product for promotion. Education/ Experience. Qualified MBA from a reputed Institute with 3-5 Year experience in business development. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Key Skills: • Team handling, client interaction and a positive team player. • Excellent Communication Skills in written and spoken English. • Multitasking to deal with competing demands. • An analytical mind, with high levels of creativity, strong visual awareness, an eye for detail and convincing ability. • A person should have knack for sales, can use various mediums to map new clients. Should be proactive to follow up with leads. • Should have construction knowledge and zeal to work. Date of Joining – As soon as possible Salary :- 6 LPA - 10 LPA
