Responsibilities - Identify and qualify new export packaging business opportunities in domestic and international markets. - Provide Econovus unique sustainable engineering one stop solution for new business and address existing customer pain points. - Design and develop innovative & green logistics solutions and management of customer export operations. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the export packaging domain. - Conduct market research to understand current and emerging trends in export packaging. - Analyze customer needs and recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective export packaging solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the company's expertise in export packaging design and compliance. - Negotiate and close contracts with new customer, ensuring alignment with company pricing and terms. - Manage and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within customers. - Oversee the order fulfillment process for new export packaging clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. - Collaborate with internal interfacing teams (design, production, accounts,operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. - Stay up-to-date on the latest export regulations and industry best practices. - Ability to work on packaging designs and related testing standards. - Ensuring business and sales targets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial/ Packaging, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, packaging design, or a related field. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives. - In-depth knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements. - Strong understanding of packaging design principles and their impact on product protection during international shipping. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
