Sales Executive ( Appointment Setter)

Zuppler is looking for an Appointment Setter (Tele Sales Executive) to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goal
Appointment Setters Responsibilities
• Possess in-depth product knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
• Identify prospects, set appointments via telephone and email for our sales professionals.
• Your responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet our Sales Representatives
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise and field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
• Help prepare proposals and other required documentation
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience (3 years at least) as an Appointment Setter or similar role in the global market (US, UK Processes)
• Top-notch English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
