Job Title: Sales Executive (Fashion Retail) Experience: 3-5 Years CTC: Upto Rs.4.20 LPA Job Description : As a Sales Executive specializing in the fashion retail industry, you will play a crucial role in the setup and success of a new retail chain. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing various aspects of sales operations, promotions, inventory management, and channel sales. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and establishing strong relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities : 1. New Retail Chain Setup : · Collaborate with management to establish and set up a new retail chain, including store layout, product assortment, and operational procedures. 2. Monitoring Retail Promotion and Ideas : · Develop and implement retail promotion strategies to drive footfall and increase sales. · Continuously monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed. 3. Sales Forecasting and Stock Compilation : · Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales volumes and optimize stock levels. · Compile and manage inventory to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. 4. New Product Ordering : · Identify emerging trends and customer preferences to source and order new products that align with the target market. 5. Ground Event Suggestions and Execution : · Propose and organize ground events (e.g., fashion shows, product launches, pop-up shops) to enhance brand visibility and attract customers. · Coordinate logistics and manage event execution, including budgeting and reporting. 6. Channel Sales Experience : · Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, boutiques, and other retail channels to expand product reach and sales opportunities. 7. MBO (Management By Objectives) Experience : · Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and track progress towards goals. Required Experience and Qualifications : 1. Proven experience in sales and retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. 2. Strong understanding of boutique or high-end mall operations, catering to premium products such as apparel, watches, bags, shoes, cosmetics, etc. 3. Experience in conducting and managing ground events and promotions. 4. Excellent sales forecasting and inventory management skills. 5. Familiarity with channel sales strategies and distribution networks. 6. Ability to build and leverage industry contacts for business development. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or a related field. Additional Information : 1.
