Job Description: >Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in mutual funds and insurance products. >Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships. Understanding the financial goals, risk tolerance, investment horizon and liquidity needs of client is essential. >Client Communication: Educate clients on various investment and insurance options, providing personalized recommendations. Effective communication is vital in maintaining a strong advisor-client relationship. Keep clients informed about market developments, fund performance, regulatory changes, and any adjustments to the investment strategy. >Compliance and Regulations: Must adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Ensure that all recommendations are in line with the client's best interests and comply with industry regulations such as KYC (Know Your Customer. >Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulations within the financial services industry. >Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support. >Risk Management: Educate clients about the risks associated with mutual fund investments and help them understand risk-reward trade-offs is a key responsibility. Also guide clients in managing risk through diversification and asset allocation strategies. >Regular Monitoring: Keep track of the performance of recommended mutual funds and provide periodic updates to clients. Review portfolio allocations, rebalance if necessary, and suggest changes based on market trends and client objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Proven track record in sales, preferably in financial services. Strong understanding of mutual funds and insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., AMFI, IRDAI) would be an advantage.
