Designation Sales Manager (Project Sales) / Mid - Senior Level Placement Immediate / with a notice period of 30 days - Direct placement Location Bangalore Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager / Asst. Sales Manager / Territory in Charge (Retail Sales). The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating target revenues for the company through customer segments - (Primary Sales) Distributors, Premium Dealers, Dealers and Channel Partners. (Secondary Sales) Architects, builders, HNI home owners, all types of projects, fabricators, applicators, contractors, OEM and other end users. Experience The candidate to posses a 4 to 7+ years of sales positions - Distributors, Premium Dealers, Dealers and Channel Partners, all types of projects, fabricators, applicators, contractors, OEM and other end users. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets and generating new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Well versed & familiar with the regional area of assigned territory Fluent in at least one local language in addition to English Responsibility / Deliverables Identifying, developing, managing the distributor & dealer network. End customer data sourcing, lead generation from field work & project scouting Sales meetings, presentations need identification & proposals to defined customer segments & types Carrying out fabricator promotional meets & point of sales activity campaigns. Sales closure, conversions & payment collection Manage promotional material & activities at dealer points and applicator development initiatives Inter-departmental & customer co-ordination for order processing Reporting Tasks & Activities Identifying, developing & managing distributor & dealer network. Customer data sourcing, lead generation, sales meetings, presentations, need identification & proposals. Sales Conversions. Manage promotional material & activities at dealer points and applicator development initiatives. Company & customer co-ordination. Follow Daytrack App & internal reporting systems.
