Role and ResponsibilitiesManages and monitors sales forecasting activities for the assigned markets.Meets with Telecom/Power clients in the assigned market(s), maintains clients’ relationships, negotiates and closes deals.Develops and increases sales revenues to meet assigned targets.Updates Sales Report every week showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.Analyzes the markets and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the participants’ ecosystem.Evaluates market analysis to determine customers’ needs and price schedules.Monitors and evaluates the activities, services and products of the competition.Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.IMS Role and ResponsibilitiesReports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.Abides by i engineering’s Local Legal and Client Requirements.Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.Qualifications Requirements6-10 years of experience in a Telcom/ Power field.Ability and willingness to travel within India.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Strong sense of initiative and comfortable managing and working along with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.In-depth understanding of the sales ecosystem.Ability to work from home.Education RequirementsBA in Business Administration or Sales.Masters or equivalent is a plus.DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
