<p>Role and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Produce quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions on projects.<br/><br/>- Creatively solve complex problems.<br/><br/>- Conduct development on the SFCC platform using a multi-site SFRA architecture.<br/><br/>- Create pixel-perfect representations, across browser types, of design files delivered in Sketch or Photoshop.<br/><br/>- Manage continuous frontend performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Contribute to internal initiatives like improving the development processes.<br/><br/>- Plan, design, build, and review content-managed, usable, and accessible, and standards-compliant websites.<br/><br/>- Participate in frontend web development project life cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA, and delivery.<br/><br/>- Assist producers/project managers with effort estimation, timeline planning, and requirement gathering for all projects.<br/><br/>- Inculcate a culture of innovation and high quality in the teams.<br/><br/>- Influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with the leadership.<br/><br/>- Motivate, mentor, and encourage multi-tasking within the team.<br/><br/>- Work in a fast-paced development environment interact with product owners, business analysts, testers, and developers.<br/><br/>- Design overall solutions and individual applications.<br/><br/>- Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.<br/><br/>- Manage team concerns in the right way with guidance from the division head.<br/><br/>- Identify team members' capabilities and utilize them to the advantage of the organization.<br/><br/>Skills and Experience :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Worked on Ecommerce and SFCC SFRA mobile first experience,.<br/><br/>- Involve in developing and implementing user interfaces (UI) for e-commerce websites and web applications.<br/><br/> Expertise in the following areas :<br/><br/>- HTML/CSS, JS jQuery.<br/><br/>- Cross-browser compatibility.<br/><br/>- React JS.<br/><br/>- Page Designer, content slot, and content assets.<br/><br/>SKILLS : Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SFRA, Demandware, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Deque Accessibility.<br/><br/> Exp : 6 to 8 Years.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
