<p><b>Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist</b><br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and possess the expertise to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of healthcare :</b><br/><br/>1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud.<br/><br/>2. Design and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to streamline patient management, care coordination, and healthcare provider workflows.<br/><br/>3. Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities including patient records, care plans, health assessments, and communication channels.<br/><br/>4. Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.<br/><br/>5. Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud workflows, process automation, and reports/dashboards to support operational efficiency and decision-making.<br/><br/>6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Salesforce Health Cloud best practices, features, and capabilities.<br/><br/>7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance the platform's effectiveness.<br/><br/>8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements.<br/><br/>9. Participate in the testing, quality assurance, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.<br/><br/>10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Salesforce Health Cloud environments.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>1. Overall 6+ years of technology experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) preferred.<br/><br/>2. Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration with healthcare systems.<br/><br/>3. In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices related to patient data management and privacy.<br/><br/>4. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and declarative development tools.<br/><br/>5. Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on healthcare use cases such as patient engagement, care coordination, and population health management.<br/><br/>6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br/><br/>7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br/><br/>8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.<br/><br/>9. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.<br/><br/>10.
