Job Description - Senior Associate Social Intelligence Manager

 About the departmentThe Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President areas within Commercial GBS, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The Commercial GBS unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Hemophilia and growth disorders. Our department is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering results and supporting the strategic goals of Novo Nordisk.The positionAs a Sr. Associate Social Intelligence Manager professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:-Carry out social media analysis and reporting using a range of tools such as Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and Youcan.
-Connect the dots and synthesize social data with broader societal trends to provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
-Continually develop your capabilities to produce high-quality output while maintaining high standards.
-Manage projects and deliverables, setting expectations with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop capabilities and strive for improvement.

 QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:-Bachelor’s/master’s degree within life sciences/pharmacy/business administration, combined with a strong background in social media analysis.
-4-6 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical company or consulting services in social media analysis.
-Previous knowledge in social listening projects in non-English language markets.
-Experience with strategic advice and reporting through timely and intuitive formats.
-Understanding of adverse events identification and reporting as per the established pharmacovigilance process.
-Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to think laterally and interpret complex societal trends.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data as a compelling and easily consumable story.
-Highly structured, accountable, and enthusiastic about data and insights.
-Collaborative and energized by teamwork.
