Title: Senior Manager / Manager, Channel Sales (IFA, Distributors, Advisors) Experience: 5 – 12 years Location: Mumbai Only candidates based in Mumbai from the stockbroking industry, with experience in onboarding IFAs, wealth managers, distributors, brokers, advisors, and CAs, should apply. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the IFA community. Build a strong distribution channel consisting of IFAs, Distributors, Advisors, CAs etc. Build rapport with partners & help them onboard their clients for Appreciate’s investment products. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Conduct training of Partners for all our products across US stock investment, Goals, Mutual Funds etc. Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and differentiation Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster. Drive AUM on a month-on-month basis. Good understanding of Global + Indian Financial Markets (Indian compulsory) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including adherence to company policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile: Should be from Broking Industry with 5+ Years of experience of onboarding IFAs, Wealth Managers, Advisors, CAs etc Strong relationship within the IFA community. Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds.
