<p><p><b>Job Description</b><br/><br/><b>We are urgently looking for ServiceNow HRSD Sr Developer</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kochi, Kolkata, Nagpur</b><br/><br/><b>Exp Range : 5 yrs to 12 yrs</b><br/><br/>This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow HRSD Sr Developer/Lead at U-SET located in Pune. As a Sr Developer/Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow HRSD development and customization. </p><p><br/></p><p>This includes analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR service management solutions.<br/><br/></p>- Total Experience of 5+ yrs. in IT<br/><br/><p>- Worked on at least 1 HRSD Implementation project involving HR Catalog item implementation, Integration with one or more 3rd party HRSD systems like Workday, SuccessFactors</p><br/><br/><p>- Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3</p><br/><br/><p>- Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting</p><br/><br/><p>- Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.</p><br/><br/><p>- Around 5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow</p><br/><br/><p>- Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management</p><br/><br/><p>- Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module Good implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.</p><br/><br/><p>- Good communication and presentation skill</p><br/><br/><p>- Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.</p><br/><br/><p>- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.</p><br/><br/><p>- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow :</b></p><br/>- Computer Science and Software Development skills<br/><br/>- Experience in Back-End Web Development<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)<br/><br/>- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and customization<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field<p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
