Lead Funnel Management-  Follow up with sales on all lead status across every stage of the funnel  Ensuring funnel visibility- week on week bases  Driving timely feedback from sales on lead quality Liaison with tele-calling agencies  Attend regular lead cadence call with tele-agencies providing two-way feedback  Ensuring timely lead handover, assignment and follow up Supporting Marketing-  Provide weekly overall lead status report to the marketing team  Persona Mapping against the leads  Creating weekly channel wise report  Other weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards to support decision making Supporting Sales-  Contact and account mining requests  Account List tagging and prioritizing based on revenue, verticals etc. Managing CRM tools -  MS Dynamics admin- uploading all lead information on MSD, Salesforce / Eloqua  Uploading data, creating reports and assigning leads Database management -  Target Account List Management - updating TAL on regular basis (monthly)  Database cleansing and tagging  He/She should have been mining & validating the leads basis the BANT criteria from multiple third-party lead DB portals like Salesforce Navigator, ZoomInfo, D&B, Apllo.io etc. Required Skills-  Working knowledge of one or more of the below data &contact mining tools - Zoom Info, Lusha & LinkedIn Sales Navigator  Managing one or more of the below CRM tools – MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Eloqua  High proficiency in MS Excel  Understanding of Marketing funnel and lead management process  Analytical mindset
