The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team and spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to define and refine comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and services. - Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor landscape, and pinpoint emerging trends. - Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media), email marketing, and potentially traditional marketing channels depending on your industry. - Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI). - Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and influencers. - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. - Oversee and strategies the creation of high-quality marketing materials such as website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and presentations. - Oversee the development and implementation of marketing automation workflows. - Manage and mentor marketing team members . Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels. - Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing. - Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). - Experience in startup environment is a big plus - Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
