What does the Senior Salesforce Project Manager do?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. In addition to standard project management skills, this role requires expertise in patient support program (PSP) and Salesforce to enhance project execution and achieve optimal results.

What does your day look like at Value Health Inc?

1. Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.

3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors, to drive project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.

5. Leverage Salesforce platform to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve project visibility for stakeholders.

6. Conduct regular status meetings and communication sessions to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns.

7. Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements.

8. Mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions.

9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms to enhance project management processes.

What do we look for in you?

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

· Proficiency in Project Schedule Professional (PSP) software, with demonstrated ability to create and manage project schedules effectively.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
