Description Title: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect Job Purpose Marken is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong technical background, extensive developer experience, and expertise in the platform, DevOps, and CI/CD. This role is pivotal in shaping our technology solutions for sales, customer service, home health businesses, and collaborating with our AI/ML program. Main Duties and Responsibilities: As the Senior Salesforce Architect, your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating critical business and vendor alignment. - Ensuring operational excellence in Salesforce solutions. - Collaborating within a dedicated team to maximize efficiency and leverage the full potential of Salesforce for various user group needs. - Crafting and implementing enterprise-level features in Salesforce. - Providing guidance for our Salesforce strategy and overseeing the development of complex end-to-end solutions. - Implementing integration and development frameworks to drive enablement, adoption, and technical expertise that accelerates our business. - Acting as a liaison between IT and business operations to align the development and implementation of technical solutions. - Leading design and solution workshops, overseeing critical decision-making processes. - Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and executing necessary changes. - Preparing comprehensive documentation of design principles, best practices, requirements, and architecture designs. - Collaborating closely with business, IT, and vendor delivery teams to create and deploy scalable software and services. - Engaging in productive conversations with end-users and stakeholders to comprehend objectives, share platform capabilities, and architect suitable solutions. - Staying well-informed about technological advancements within the Salesforce platform and planning for the effective utilization of new release features. - Championing a DevOps culture and empowering the team to assume full ownership of the development, promotion, and operation of their code. - Influencing business and technology leaders to champion change for the betterment of existing processes and to boost ROI using Salesforce and its associated plugins. - Assuring solution governance, managing technical debt, and maximizing the reuse of common features. - Developing and executing a comprehensive Salesforce data management strategy. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. - A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience, including integration, configuration, and proficiency in writing custom Apex code. - Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Developer and/or an architect track certification are highly desired. - Proficiency in crafting intricate Salesforce solution designs, as well as enhancing and reviewing existing solution designs. - Thorough knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, order of execution, data storage implications, and sharing and visibility. - Proficiency with Sales and Service Cloud; familiarity with CPQ, Salesforce Industries, Communities, and Health Cloud is advantageous. - The ability to shepherd Salesforce solutions from initial design to successful implementation. - Exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and offer optimal alternatives. - A steadfast commitment to a "configuration before code" philosophy to streamline costs and complexity while enhancing maintainability. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of audiences. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities, coupled with the capacity to independently deliver results.
