Position: Service Delivery Leader Location: Bengaluru, India Role Overview As a Service Delivery Leader at Taggd, you'll take the helm in managing our key client relationships, ensuring superior service delivery and strategic alignment. You'll expertly navigate large-scale, high-volume hiring initiatives with a focus on the technology domain. Your expertise in new-age talent acquisition strategies and data-driven operations will be critical as you champion continuous improvement and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities - Client Partnership: Build and cultivate strong partnerships with key MNC clients, gaining deep understanding of their business needs and strategic hiring objectives. - Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes for large-volume hiring accounts (4k+ hires annually), primarily within pure-play technology companies. - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored hiring strategies encompassing lateral hiring, campus recruitment, employer branding, proactive talent pooling, and seamless offer onboarding. - Data-Driven Execution: Implement systems, processes, and analytics to track progress, optimize hiring efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making. - Talent Acquisition Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously exploring and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies. - Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and performance. Critical to Quality (CTQ) Requirements - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience (ideally in an RPO environment) in successfully managing high-volume hiring (4k+ hires annually) predominantly for technology companies. - Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of lateral and campus hiring best practices, with hands-on experience executing effective strategies. - Technology-Driven: Expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics to optimize processes and outcomes. - Proactive & Innovative: Passionate about implementing new-age talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, proactive talent pooling, and advanced onboarding techniques. - Client Centricity: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with MNC clients, fostering collaborative relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Desired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree preferred. - 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in leadership roles within technology-focused recruitment. - Experience in a client-facing RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment strongly preferred.
