Role: ServiceNow Presales and Solution Architect

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Work Days : Monday to Friday.

Location: Base Location India but ready to Travel Middle East, UK and US

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution definition.
• Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying up-to-date on the latest product enhancements and capabilities.
• Identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions to address their specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers to ensure a successful sales process and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team, including training on the ServiceNow platform and best practices for selling our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and industry best practices to guide product positioning and differentiation.
