About the Role: As a Social Media Marketing manager you will spearhead social media engagement efforts for Bifrost. Driving this social media engagement not only for our own brand but also for our clients who are spread across the consumer ventures and retail space in Europe. Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create high-quality videos for various social media platforms Enhance videos with graphics, text overlays, transitions, and special effects to increase engagement and viewer retention. Ensure that videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic. Content Creation Conceptualize and produce engaging content ideas for social media platforms that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storylines, scripts, and visual concepts for video projects. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Social Media Marketing Develop and implement social media marketing strategies in close coordination with the marketing team to promote video/other content and increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media account, including posting schedules, content calendars , and community engagement. Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy and drive audience growth and engagement.
