Create and curate engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to inform future strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in voice and messaging across all digital platforms. Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner to build a vibrant community. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ Years of proven work experience in social media management and digital marketing. In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and their analytics. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Strong content creation and writing skills, with an ability to produce creative content that engages target audiences.
