In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be a valuable contributor to a team that fulfills the demand for goods and services supplied by external parties.

You are responsible for

• Review Quotations from vendors.

• Adhere to the Procurement Request requisition process for all geographies supported by the business.

• Interact with other Philips departments, as needed, to create Purchase Orders. 

• Interact with vendors regarding purchase order documentation and invoicing.

• Help with identification and mitigation of Procurement related risks.

• Performs additional tasks as directed by management.

• Participate in Procurement Request Review meetings.

• Ensure completion of Purchasing Acceptance documentation.

• Access Procurement data to generate accurate reports.

• Updates the Procurement SharePoint as needed.

You are a part of

This position reports to the HSP Procurement and Export Controls department, a virtual team that is part of the HealthSuite Platforms and Cloud Operations Organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.

• 6-8 years working experience in Procurement

• Atleast 5 years of work experience with SAP software.

• Expertise in relevant SAP subsystems, Ariba Guided Buying and RBAM.

• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Philips tools like Oscar and RBAM is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus on business priorities and adapt to challenging circumstances.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sense of urgency when circumstances demand it.

• Work productively as a member of a team.
