Job Profile: Team Leader- Sales for “Technology Based Educational Product” Qualifications:           i.         B.E./B.Tech and MBA/PGDM from a recognized College or University           ii.        Minimum 60% marks / CGPA-6 throughout (10 th , 12 th , Graduation, Post Graduation)           iii.        Specialization in Sales/Marketing           iv.       Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading sales teams preferably in B2B mode in educational institutions           v.        Ability to lead the sales team           vi.       Good communication skills and proficiency in English, Bengali, Hindi           vii.      Dynamic personality with target driven approach           viii.      Ready to travel across Eastern India           ix.       Around 35 years of age Key Result Areas:                i.         Allocating targets to team members and monitoring performance                ii.         Maintaining sales reports, analyzing, and taking necessary actions               iii.         Analyzing Market Research data, collating projections, and recommend strategies to management               iv.         Training and mentoring team members                v.         Fulfilling team targets               vi.         Promoting a healthy cultural and competitive spirit among team members               vii.        Liaising with the management 4.      Salary: Upto 10 LPA Interested candidates are requested to send their application and resume to
