As a Technical Project Manager, you will orchestrate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML/Data Science projects for global-remote tech teams, with groups of in-house AI engineers. This role requires a hands-on project manager who excels in managing internal and external cross-functional teams, and ensures the seamless integration of people and technologies, focused on exceptional client delivery and execution. You will be pivotal in driving project success, balancing technical responsibilities with stakeholder project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities, fostering an agile project management environment conducive to effective teamwork and continuous learning.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation for clients, maintaining transparent and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct supervision and line management of all TE engineers.
• Supervise the collection, validation, and utilization of relevant client delivery, performance, and training needs, ensuring robust focus on client delivery.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements in project workflows and team efficiency.
• Proactively assess and mitigate project delivery risks, ensuring all team outputs adhere to high quality and performance standards.

Compensation: INR 100,000 per month

Requirements:

• Expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, NLP, Model Deployment & Scaling, Data Engineering, LLM Security, LLM Testing.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering AI/ML & Data projects in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Preferred experience in statistics, data analytics, data visualizations, foundational models, and deployed projects in data science.
