HR Assistant

HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department by executing various administrative tasks and assisting in HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, performance appraisal, and learning and development initiatives. 1) Recruitment:
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.2) On-boarding:
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
