Training Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing training effectiveness and making adjustments as needed. This role requires excellent communication and instructional design skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and skill gaps among learners.
• Training Material Development: Create training materials, including curriculum, lesson plans, participant guides, e-learning modules, and other training resources, using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions in various formats, such as classroom training, virtual training, on-the-job training, and workshops, to ensure learners acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
• Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to training materials and methods as needed.
• Training Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and methods, and to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or a related field.
• Fluency to speak in both English and Hindi.
• Teaching experience would be an added advantage.
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Instructional design skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and e-learning development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions using various instructional methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, and workshops.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and best practices in training and development.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory training requirements is a plus.

Timings: Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Compensation: 20-30K plus performance-based incentives.

Location: District Center, Janak Puri, New Delhi, India
