Seeking a dynamic Sales Professional for Orthopedic Medical Implants! Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore (covering South Region) Experience in selling hip, knee joints, and orthopedic implants Proven track record in meeting doctors and visiting surgeons Specialize in selling medical device equipment used in the orthopedic segment, including hip and knee joint implants and other orthopedic implants. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the southern region. Identify and target orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers as potential customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of orthopedic implants. Provide technical support and guidance to surgeons during surgeries to ensure optimal use of implants. Offer post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to maintain customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers across Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and other cities in the southern region. Visit doctors and surgeons regularly to understand their needs and provide personalized service. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth within the southern region. Analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical terminology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel frequently within the southern region, covering cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and others as required.
