Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at Aindra Systems with a work experience of 2-3 years. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks related to machine design, computer-aided design (CAD), and project management. They will also contribute to research and development (R&D) efforts for the development of new healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency. Responsibilities - Generating detailed engineering designs based on concepts using CAD tool i.e. Solidworks - Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product - Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency - Work cross-functionally with different teams - Evaluate multiple manufacturing processes for metal and plastics - Interacting with suppliers to communicate Design requirements and coordinate with them to achieve desired quality output. - Ensure system and products' quality by designing testing methods; - testing finished product and system capabilities; - confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes. Qualifications - 2-3 years of work experience in Mechanical Engineering - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent - Ability to read and understand designs and schematics - Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) using Solidworks. - Engineering drawings with GD&T - Presenting technical information, Conceptualisation Skill. - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Great to have The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical teams
