Job Description:  We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, focusing on lead generation, digital presence, and event management within the water and wastewater treatment sector. The successful candidate will be adept at creating and maintaining a robust lead database, initiating and nurturing lead engagements, and managing our digital and event-based marketing strategies. Location is Dwarka, Delhi, India, limited travelling to attend exhibitions and conferences.  Responsibilities:  Lead Database Management:  Develop and maintain an accurate lead database. Regularly update contact and company information to ensure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.  Lead Engagement:  Initiate contact with potential leads through various channels such as email, phone, , and other relevant social media platforms, adapting strategies to increase engagement and initiating leads.  Digital Presence Management:  Oversee the management of the company’s website and social media accounts (particularly ), ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging to boost our online visibility and engagement. Event and Webinar Management:  Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars and other online events relevant to the water and wastewater treatment industry, aiming to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Vendor Coordination:  Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing and event activities. Qualifications:  Proven track record in marketing management, with specific experience in lead generation and digital marketing.  Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for networking and relationship building.  Proficiency in social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.  Compensation:  Competitive salary aligned with market standards.
