The person will be responsible for overseeing and implementing sales governance processes and policies within the organization. The person will be responsible for implementing preventive, detective and monitoring controls to ensure that adequate all sales activities comply to relevant requirement emanating from regulations, processes and policies of the Company. It will also involve investigations and finalization of reports post discussion with stakeholders. Recommend and initiate corrective action, wherever necessary. Stay updated on the requirement emanating from regulations, policies and procedures of the Company and make necessary changes to sales processes to ensure compliance. Closely work with second line sales quality team in defining policies and procedures for sales governance First line oversight on all sales governance; lead the sales governance team in carrying out reviews and feed relevant information with sales function. Implement and manage controls prescribed in framework and policies prescribed by Sales Quality team. Initiate investigations into breaches/alleged breaches reported or noticed on the sales compliance front and provide draft recommendations. Conduct reviews of sales practices and quality to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop in consultation with sales/ training teams tools/processes that would facilitate need based selling and such other areas to promote fair and ethical selling Prepare MI for periodic reporting to various stakeholders (internal and external) Document processes and procedures where not done hitherto before and also update manuals, policies where ever required. Should have acumen of controls to be implemented at the sourcing stage as well as back-end controls to timely prevent and detect any potential negative outcomes. Documentation for gross negligence in sales conduct for HR actions. Carry out root cause analysis for the incidents highlighted/ escalated by the Sales Quality Function. Review and updation of the Risk Control Assessment (RCA) parameters for Sales and Training post discussion with the stakeholders and carry out periodic RCA testing with results shred with the risk team along with the recommendations
