🎯 Role Responsibilities

• Route planning for local deliveries and managing returned orders
• Overseeing a fleet of vehicles and warehouse operations in Bangalore
• Coordinating packing and shipping for outstation deliveries
• Managing labour and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations

🏆 Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to manage and motivate labourers effectively
• Vendor management expertise
• Engineering degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in e-commerce, delivery services, or similar fields
• Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi proficiency is advantageous
