Roles and Responsibilities
· Understand Business Requirements and Perform Business Analysis.
· Understanding on Database Management System.
· Interact the SME's as a Single Point of Contact for Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory implementation and maintenance.
· Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work.
· Identify the Risks proactively and Take Corrective Actions.
· Functional understanding of ZOHO in its entire Finance Plus application would be of additional preference.
· Good in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho Books.
· Complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete Zoho Books knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
· Manage the project Quality, meet Delivery Timeline and Estimates.
· Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates.
· Lead the delivery of projects and solutions to completion in a team environment while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mind-set, and collaborative communication style.
