Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities -

• Work with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and create a recruiting strategy for each position
• Screen potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the job vacancies
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Communicate with candidates at every step of the recruiting process
• Assist in day-to-day HR-related activities

Requirements-

• are available for full-time (In-Office) internships
• are available for a duration of 3 months
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
• Paid Internship
• The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
