Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is seeking a motivated Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients with their account-related inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Educate clients on product features and benefits - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Leadership qualities to help guide clients through complex issues - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
